Coaching is partnership between a qualified coach and an individual, or a group. The role of a coach is to help achieve high results in respect to goals set by the individual or the group.

Coach supports a customer in maintaining the direction of changes, developing his/her own potential, and in development in general.

Coaching is neither psychotherapy nor counselling. Coaching speeds up individual or group development by ensuring greater emphasis and awareness, which altogether leads to making more effective choices. Coaching concentrates on the place where the individuals are right now, that is the here and now, as well as their intentions, and what they would like to achieve in the future.

Process of coaching usually lasts for 3-6 months, 2-4 times a month.
